Adjusted cancellation policies due to Covid-19 in summer 2021
- All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
For cancellations up to 1 week before the start of the trip 70 % of the
booking amount will be charged. (acc. AGBH)
For cancellations up to 1 day before the start of the trip 90% of the booking
amount will be charged. (acc. AGBH)
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show 100% of the booking
price will be charged. (acc. AGBH)

Check-In and Check-Out
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready for you by 16:00 at the latest. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment for cleaning staff by 09:30 a.m. You can leave
your luggage at Chesa Pale during the day. However, no liability will be accepted for your luggage.
For loading and unloading your vehicle, you can park directly in front of the main entrance.
During your stay, there are free parking spaces available directly at the house.
Our prices are calculated per apartment with standard occupancy and per night, plus the local tax of EUR 2.60 per person/day for persons over 15 years of age.
The legal value added tax is already included in the price.
Reservations are only valid in written form. We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 40 % by bank transfer.
Travel insurance & cancellation conditions
We recommend that you take out travel insurance with our partner, the “Europäische Reiserversicherung”.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the booking price.
- In case of non-arrival or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Payment of the final invoice
You are welcome to pay your final invoice in cash or by debit card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
In addition, we offer you the possibility of an advance payment via bank transfer.
For the final cleaning of the apartments, we charge you a one-time fee of EUR 95.00 to EUR 140.00 per apartment.
For a stay of at least 5 days, a standard intermediate cleaning (towels, kitchen towels, bathroom cleaning and vacuum cleaning) of your apartment is provided.
Towels may be changed daily on request.
For our little guests we are happy to provide children's/baby equipment free of charge: Extra bed/cot, high chair, changing mat.
Please let us know what you need before your arrival.
Sledges with backrests and outdoor prams are available in the house, but cannot be reserved.
Chesa Pale offers you a rich breakfast buffet from 07:45 to 10:00. You can book or cancel this for your stay if you wish.
Bread roll service
If you wish, our baker will deliver fresh bread rolls to your apartment every day. (Order until 17:30 the evening before, delivery is between 07:00-07:30)
Each apartment has a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee machine.
During the winter season, a free shuttle service to the cable cars is available daily (08:30-10:00 am)
Directly at the station of the Fiss-Ladis cableways, modern and heated comfort ski locker for all your skiing equipment (including storage for helmets and gloves) are available free of charge.
You are welcome to purchase the ski passes directly from us. Please let us know in the arrival form, which you will receive from us before your holiday, whether we should arrange this for you.

Super. Summer. Card.
In summer, the use of the cableway in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is free of charge for our guests. You can obtain the Super. Summer. Card from us or directly at the cableways.
Indoor swimming pool
The indoor swimming pool is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 for all our guests.
Access to the spa area (sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin) is permitted from 14 years. (Opening hours: daily from 16:00-20:00)
The fitness room is open all day for people aged 14 and over. We kindly ask you to enter the fitness studio exclusively with indoor shoes.
Massages can be booked on request between 15:00 and 19:00. In order to make your desired date possible, we kindly ask you to inquire early. You are also welcome to send us an MAIL. You can find an overview of the massages in this PDF.
In summer, you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden. Grill incl. lighter and barbecue cutlery is available. (Limited availability)
We recommend that you bring house-slippers and slippers for the use of the SPA. Bath slippers can be purchased at Chesa Pale. We kindly ask you not to enter the apartments with street shoes.
There is a spacious shoe room with a shoe dryer for outdoor shoes available in the basement/garden level.
A laundry room with washing machine (incl. detergent) and dryer is available for you at all times.
Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in all other rooms of Chesa Pale. We ask smokers to smoke only on the balcony or roof terrace.
Out of consideration for guests suffering from allergies, pets are not allowed.
Charging station for electric cars
There is a charging station for your electric vehicle at our parking lots at the Via Claudia Augusta.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and public areas.
